motherboard dead

ms-6378 ver 3 motherboard with duron 1.3 and 256 pc 133 ram conected to power supply which is ok and power switch all above is new power up and get nothing no bleep code or startup system nothing please help!!!!!! :)

monitor stays in sleep mode?

Hi,

Check below the board, maybe you left a few standoff's there that shorten circuits?
