MSI HQ Users-to-Users Forum Terms of Use (Version: 20120814)

The use of the MSI HQ Users-to-Users Forum is subject to the following Terms of Use. These Terms may be modified by MSI HQ at any time and without notice to the other party by posting revised Terms. By using the MSI HQ Users-to-Users Forum you accept these Terms, including later modifications.

The MSI HQ Users-to-Users Forum is hosted and owned by MSI COMPUTER EUROPE BV, SCIENCE PARK EINDHOVEN 5706, SON, 5692 ER, The Netherlands (on behalf of Micro-Star International Co. LTD.; which, in conjunction with MSI COMPUTER EUROPE BV, collectively shall be known as “MSI” hereinafter) and therefore this agreement is governed by the law of The Netherlands.

1. Rights

All graphics, text, logos, marks and all other elements of this forum are copyrighted and owned by MSI and its licensors, if any, under applicable intellectual property law, statute, or legal equivalent. The use of such listed contents, and any future inclusions, updates or derivative works thereof, for private or commercial purposes of any kind requires MSI’s prior written consent. For clarity, except with MSI’s prior written permission, you shall not copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly perform, distribute, commercially exploit, adapt, translate, modify, bundle, merge, share, or make available to any person or entity or create derivative works of such listed MSI material or content.

2. Warranty and Liability Disclaimer

Although the contents of the MSI HQ Users-to-Users Forum are carefully checked, no responsibility is taken by MSI for the correctness, completeness and timeliness of these contents.

Any posts made and information submitted by or otherwise made available by you shall not be deemed to be confidential, secret, or proprietary. Any such published or otherwise made available information or post, including all ideas, creative concepts, or materials therein may be used, reproduced, removed, or disclosed by MSI and/or MSI HQ Users-to-Users Forum for whatever purpose MSI deems fit.

Users of the MSI HQ Users-to-Users Forum are entitled to demand the removal of their personal data from all areas of this forum at any time. However, the removal of posts and contents contributed to the forum by a user cannot be claimed as far as those are not containing personal data.
