I cannot get the wifi on my U100 to work.
I have installed the newest drivers as recommended in this forum.
As a result of updating the driver, the Microsoft Wireless Network Connection was disabled.
Now I am forced to use the Ralink Wireless software, however it still is not finding any networks (which is absurd, I am in NYC and my iPhone is able to find six wifi networks!)
If someone can please give me a step by step for making this work it would be appreciated.
I do not like the Ralink software, so if I could use the Microsoft software to find connections, that would be ideal.

Try to go to control panel --> system --> hardware --> network adapter -> Uninstall all the drivers --> after that on ur wifi and install the new driver using the exe file.

Try to update to the latest bios 1.09 1st if you have not done so as it solves some of the bugs. Hope its work.

Thank you SGBoi,
I was able to revert to the Windows Wireless Network Connection, however it is still saying "no wireless networks were found in range".
Additionally, it says to make sure the wireless switch on your computer is on.  How do I turn on the switch?
I am googling right now, hopefully I find it.

FN + F11, the led of wireless should turn on.

Thank you Bas, that was it.  I tried that at first, however I didn't realize it was for bluetooth and wifi.
One note, in order to bring back the Microsoft Connection window, I followed the advice on this page, it worked great:

To get to the services window, you only need to click start, run, type services.msc, and click okay or hit enter.  You don't need to type all that other directory stuff. Also, to bring up the run window, all you need to do is hit the WindowsKey+R(simultaneously).
