This is my second board that I order it from Tigerdirect.com

Here is my system set up.

Q9550 2.83Ghz
2 Patriot DDR3 1333MHz (7-7-7-20) (4GB RAM)
Ati-Radeon HD 4870 512MB

I can't never get the system to post.  Computer turns on, but no display on LCD and it just kept on running, no beeps to indicated any problem. I can't even get the system to post so that I can flash or update the bios to 7.30.  I'm very frustrate with this problem.  I try calling MSI Technical support and they were the worst technical support ever.  The guy told me to just return it.  It might be a defected motherboard.  I call TigerDirect and they said I can't return it, but exchange only, so I exchange for another board just in case.  SAME PROBLEM.  PLEASE HELP ME.  I'M SO LOST AND BROKE.

Okay, that means that you already have BIOS v7.3 onboard.

Please remove the DDR2/DDR3 Turbo Switch cards, use only one DDR3 module in the first DDR3 slot, clear CMOS after unplugging your PSU from A/C power and try to start the system again.

In case that fails, please test the board outside the case on a non-conducting surface in barebone configuration.

----------------

What PSU are you using (brand, model name & amperage limits (A) for the main voltage rails (12V, 5v and 3.3V).

I'm using an Ultra X4 1050 PSU.

I tested the system outside of the case and still no post.

I thought it could my be processor being bad.  Test it on another system and it is okay.
I thought my video card is to blame.  Test it on another system and it is okay.  ARGH!!!!

Again, what about this:

---------------

In case that fails, try the other memory module.

If nothing changes, please test a different PSU and video card.

Jack..

Thank you so much for helping me out.

I try what you said and still no post.  I will try a different PSU and tomorrow I would let you know.  This is frustrating and I'm exhausted.
