MSI overclocking center

The MSI overclocking center fail to start...I can see him running only in Task Manager...

Any 1 .. ?
Why program doesnt show up but it seems it running at TM .. ?
I have clean install of win 7 few days ago..

Have you checked down in the lower right and corner next to the clock to see if it maybe minimized itself?
