windpad 110W : keyboard disappear from the screen

I bought a new computer which is Msi Windpad 110W
And I format the hard disk which was included windows 7 Home premium 64 bit
and I installed windows 7 starter 32 bit
but I am facing a problem after the format which is disappearing the key board from the screen
So, I need your help about this problem

What do you mean that keyboard disappears?

You mean no on-screen keyboard?

And yes, why Windows 7 Starter? It is a very crippled version of Windows, probably doesn't include the needed accessibilty features to provide the on-screen keyboard.

I should just reinstall Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, if that's what yours came with.
