MSI Control Center does not work on XP

I downloaded the latest version of this utility from MSI global site, but does not work despite the installation is successful
any solution?

win xp pro sp3 32bit
mb p67a-gd65 b3

I can not open the program and gives an error dialog... soon as possible attach a screen
