Trying to find out what Video call is made when fah clients starts to run a new project,

This would be any of the new clients the version 7 series any version # of this type???

Henry,
when the fah client starts running it go out and gab work from the server in california to send back to your computor,

when it starts to run on your computor it gives the command line or string asking for the video monitor setting or make changes

That is what I am looking for???

 That's something I don't know, perhaps you should ask at the f@h forum. I've never seen anything like that on mine. Can you post that part of the log file so we can see what you're referring to?

Reporting back on this issue,

I have had a chance to do some experimenting  with all of my o/s here,

On my Win 7 partition with the folding program install I do not have this problem

Even changing out different Video card where not the problem

Went as far to change out video drivers from 275.33 all the way up to  296.10

what I can see now until further experimenting,  the problem lie in Win vista or something has happen to that o/s partition.

A lot of work for getting this program to run.
