And I have the same problem, I bought 3 units and they all came with no USB receiver. When I asked the importer says that he does not come with this model to have the software to solve.

Please help.

I can't even find them, if they aren't bluetooth they needed to come with some kind of usb interface. Might want to call you re-seller or:

I bought three of the same model and all models have the same problem. Is it possible that mistakely in any do not get USB receiver?

Are you 100% sure you do not have the USB receiver?  It is normally in with the mouse wrapped in the same plastic.

Thanks a lot. I found little USB receiver in the mouse, at the place where you put the batteries
