X79A-GD65 (8D) booting 32GB problem

Hello guys i just buyed few days ago a new rig:
Intel i7 3930K socket 2011 six core C2 3.2 ghz
X79A-GD65 (8D) rev 1.1
Bios 1.7 upgraded from came with 1.4
32GB DDR3 G.Skill RipjawS Z 8x4GB FS-12800CL9Q2-32GBZL 1600mhz CL 9-9-9-24 1.5v
The problem is I cannot boot at all with all ram slots active although it says on msi site its compatible with this ram. What am I doing wrong here?
Please help thx in advance.

Have you tried with command rate set to 2T?

I didn't touched anything inside bios yet, everything is in auto. Where can I change that? I was searching now couldn't find.

Overclocking setting -> Advanced DRAM configuration -> Command Rate

I cannot find command rate there, is that the CPU core OCP Expander?
