Unable to Initiate Dual Monitor
« on: 20-August-02, 15:47:33 »

Just installed G4Ti4400 into Dell Dimension 8200.  I have two identical Dell 1702 flat panel monitors.  The display set-up refuses to acknowledge the 2 monitors.  The device manager reports only 1 monitor, and can't find any new hardware.  The user's guide is totally silent on the topic.  Monitor 1 is in the analog spot.  Monitor 2 is in the digital spot, and have tried both analog and digital cabling.

Suggestions to get the dual monitor running?

Hi,

From past experience, the titaniums didn't have option for dual monitors, only MX versions.
But on the products page for your card, right at the bottom is the only place where dual VGA is mentioned.
Confusing, as in the section Video Output Function, there is no mention of dual monitors.

Can you switch between the two devices?

You may be stuck like me with only one or the other.

If anyone knows different please post
