found this for anyone who dont know how to apply thermal paste, some good pics and lower temps using silver 5

That's fine for older chipsets. It's even easier to apply on CPUs with large Integrated Heat Spreaders. ArcticSilver's own website has instructions for both types of CPUs and they are excellent guides.
