I need Help!
Did a complete new installation of WindowsXP Pro using (2) Seagate Barracuda 300GB SATA 7200.8 HD's in a SATA RAID 1 Array. Following MSI/NVIDIA Manual for new installation (hit F6 to install SATA Drivers supplied with K8N Neo2 Platimum MB) with BIOS 1.8 and 5.03 drivers.
Outcome: TDK DVD-RW in PIO mode only very slow performance but NVRAIDMAN software did recognize that I had a healthy RAID System.
I then installed updated NV 5.10 Drivers.
Outcome: Excellent System Performance, but NVRAIDMAN software shows NO RAID information. During bootup System flashes that I have a healthy RAID.
What happened? Is my RAID 1 working?
