I format MEGA Player 516. Please HELP ME !!!

I format MEGA Player 516 with winXP. Now my player is dead. When I pres start button only show MSI logo and then turn off. WinXP don't recognize my player.  Please HELP ME !!!  What to do ???

Try reloading the software. Elsewise you may need to RMA it.

My computer can't recognise Mega PLayer 516 . So I can't reload the software.  Now I have MMS card i will use other device to copy to MMS card the files.  I need of boot file or any other files who are need to start my Player. Are there any who use Mega Player 516 to send me this nessesary files.... THANKS !!!  I hope that this will fix my problem.
