M.2 Samsung EVO 960 250 GB
« on: 19-May-17, 06:39:36 »

Neither BIOS or Windows 10 picks up the device.
This is one of the most popular SSD m.2

CX7 7QL gen 7
No options for M.2 or UEFI Disk options.
According to specs it can run SATA disk and M.2 disk
According to Specs advertised can run SATA DISK and M.2

Latest EC and BIOS loaded still nothing .
Need a Solution since MSI does not supply a supported device list for SSD m.2
MSI Just saying we havent tested it is not a solution.

Although the original advertisements and the box stated the CX72 7ql supports M.2 NVME the laptop does not at all. only support m.2 ssd.

MSI's answer , please return to supplier and buy a supported M.2 , I bought the laptop based on the advertised specifications and purchased a m.2 nvme pcie3x4 since it is optional on the notebook.

Now That I complain they update the online ads to remove the nvme information.
Thanks guys for the wonderful support where I have to spend another $140 to return and replace the SSD I bought based on advertised features.
