Only just found out about the Reward program. 

Installed Game Bot on iOS and learnt about it. Installing Game Bot got me 100 points taking me to 205 points (including registered products).

Spotted Assassin's creed, a game I've wanted to play for ages but not had the spare money to buy it. 100 points for installing the community app too?! I think that is worth it if I say so myself :D

Assassin's Creed redeemed :P

I'm having the same problem, I've got the 300 points back than I made a scan of the invoice provided by the shop and then re-uploaded with all the informations in the right place... Then I redeemed Assassin's Creed again ... Lets hope that this is the right time... Maybe you should do this too...

As a shared info for all forumers if you are unaware, kindly install both apps, msi community and msi gamebot  (earned you 200 points) and signed in 2 apps daily, mean you will earned 2 points a day. But kindly take note that sometimes there are some hiccups in between and all I would say is keep trying and you will know.

I am honestly getting frustrated at this point.

I install the Community App and login, no 100 points.

I put game reviews and videos on the designated forum, no points. 

What am I supposed to do to get these points? Why doesn't it work??

Correct, I tried Steam First, the response was key no good here, try manufacturer site. I tried UPlay next, had to set up an account, once ready, I entered the code, response was, not your region, contact seller.
I am not going to bother MSI for my mistake.

The APAC code does not work in USA. Likely does not work anywhere but Asia Pacific regions.

I installed the app for msi community without any problem, but the app gamebot is not compatible with my cellphone. I have a S4 9506 :/ . But seeing the gift, because I live in South America and I don't have the Ghost Recon, I will have to wait to others rewards in the future. Can I wait for others rewards in the future or there is a timeline?

That's good question...I received mine yesterday (choosed European) but I'm from Europe. I suspect works in all the world except APAC regions, but I can't confirm.

PS/ Thanks so much MSI for the great reward, I do all points integrily via daily log and some for the few messages I have, but my MB and GFX card are MSI. Registration of the card failed (maybe because warranty expired, more of 2 years since purchase) and later , too lazy for open the PC case and try with the MB. So, you know, it's possible to receive the rewards only with daily log points.

I have an MSI Gaming graphics card and also a Gaming motherboard, I registered both and only received reward points for the graphics card so yeah I didn't understand that either. I reviewed both, received points for one immediately but for the other it took nearly a month for the points to be credited so obviously there are some inconsistencies lol ... still a great reward program tho :)

Just to let you or anyone else with an older phone know, you can install MSI Gamebot or MSI community apps on your pc using an android emulator like MeMu, this will also get you the 100 reward points per app and allow you to login to both daily for pts ;-))

Also the rewards change over time, so yes you can wait until other games or items become available, your points will not expire.

It can take 1-2 months to get your points from a review/unboxing/confirmation about a promo like the free Jersey for leaving a review.  So just hang tight!😄
