can you check in task manager what it takes the CPU usage?
have you tried to reinstall the command center?

I think is the control center that takes the cpu, but not sure, I'll check it next time I experience the problem...
...yes, cause I've omitted to say that sometimes, after launching msi cc several times, the cpu load is 0% and all is normal.
So, I'll check it as soon as it happens again.

its pretty difficult to determine what is causing that.
due the spikes nature of the cpu load it seems every process is involved.
btw i see a lot of SCEWIN_64.exe, start and immediately stop.
not sure if this is the cause but the file is realted to msi cc.

I also see others multiple processes stopped like:
conhost.exe
werfault.exe
wermgr.exe
msiddrservice.exe

Exacly same problem with CC.  I had 970 gaming motherboard and fx8300. Tons of lags when Command Center starts. Also SCEWIN_64.exe   appers from time to time.  And PC cant reboot itself. It stuck after windows shutdown but do not rebooting/ had to do it manually.
