Aegis support one extra m.2 SSD socket on the rear side of motherboard for upgrade. As I know there both NVMe and SATA for SSD, can someone tell me what the signal of this m.2 socket?

Aegis is supported to M.2 PCI-e SSD , so the signal form your question  is PCI-e signal.
