what is your budget for a new card?

(nearly any GTX 10xx series card would outpace your GTX 650 Ti as that now is a very old slow card so if your trying to play newer games its way out its depths!)

as long as you avoid Gigabyte brand cards you should be all good as they are the only ones we have seen compatibility issues with alot!

any GTX 9xx card or GTX 10xx cards should work! if you want a decent boost in performance at mid level i would suggest you try to get a hold of a GTX 1060 6GB card eg something like a MSI GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X 6G as you will have a huge performance boost over what you have or if you do not want that big a boost go for a GTX 1050 or 1050Ti with 4GB of VRAM!

For the fast pc you have a GTX 1060 6GB like GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X 6G would be a great option

what kind of games and what resolution and framerates are you trying to achieve? Your gpu has to be more than 3 years old from when it came out. My 970 is 2 years old hahaha
