maybe you can try a different BIOS version
what bios version board is using?

I'm using the latest available BIOS version (MSI website, 1.60)
is there any way I can check the proper (working version of BIOS for this set of memory?)
Probably there are some setting that I need to tweak, can anyone help on this please?

try run it manually at XMPs speed, (or try "memory try it" )
btw what speed is that when you got errors after enable XMP?

Well, please check how I do it manually:
I set DDR Speed to 4266Mhz, DRAM voltage to 1.450 & timings to 17-18-18-38 = memtest fails
When using Memory Try it = memtest fails

Now i'm running on 3866 (memory try it) - system seems to be stable, timings are the same as the XMP profile (check attachment)

What am I doing wrong?

I have also attached several files here:
1. MSINFO report
2. Aida 64 Hardware report
3. Memtest results

Maybe this could give a better view of the system & what might be wrong
