Title: Noise levels -- between various GTX1660 and RTX2060 sub-models
Post by: mschubb on 12-June-19, 19:48:23
Would appreciate some help figuring out model differences related to noise performance.  Am looking to buy the quietest card possible for using Adobe CC for editing images and video and will be not be overclocking.

Gaming, Gaming X, Gaming Z, Armor, Ventus, Ventus XS....  Other specs aside, which will model lines will be the least noisy at idle and under load?

Thanks for any insight.

The Gaming models are the most silent. They are identical in this regard. The only difference is factory overclocking (Z being the highest clocked, X the middle and just Gaming lowest oc).

Armor is a bit less well cooled (a bit louder) and Ventus models are totally wrong for silent needs.
