Post by: vsnsit on 10-July-19, 19:18:35
I'm trying to place a request for Repair/RMA my montherboard (B450 tomahawk).
When i go to My Support in my products i see nothing helpful (see attached screenshot).
What's the correct place to apply for RMA?

Have you registered your motherboard? It doesn't appear like you did.

Honestly, I usually just call them. I hate filling out the online forms and such. But that's just me. See : >>How to contact MSI.<< (https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=107326.0)

register your motherboard the easiest way is to go into bios if you don't have anything with a serial number on that's what i did because i just found it more convienient then after that you should see request for a rma show up at the bottom of the page.
