Title: A320M PRO - VD/S compatibility with RYZEN 5 3600
Post by: mimozem on 13-August-19, 09:22:32
Hi.,

I changed CPU from Ryzen 3 2200g to new Ryzen 5 3600 yesterday with updated latest BIOS (beta) on A320M PRO-VD/S motherboard.
Unfortunatelly I still get error message when Windows shoul'd start installing from USB...
"Your PC ran into a trouble and needs restart" with changing error codes.

Please help :(

I Tried different ways from dvd and I also install system to disk on another computer and put back all with a same result.
Blue screen with error codes > kmode_exception_not_handled > irql_not_less_or_equal > system_thread_exception_not_handled > unexpected_kernel_mode_trap > driver_overran_stack_buffer > ...

Tried put back Ryzen 3 2200g and everything works well so I decided that processor was wrong and replaced him.
But with new Ryzen 5 3600 I get same failure as before > blue screen with error codes.

I think that MSI A320M PRO-VD/S with new BIOS - beta is NOT ! compatible with Ryzen 5 3600 processor.
