Hi, I am owner of MSI Z16 Creator A11UET ( the worst laptop you could ever buy ). since i bought this laptop i noticed it generate ALOT of heat ~95C . even simetimes it is not possible to touch the surface of the laptop part which the heat sink is underneeth.

I reached MSI warrenty support. then told me it isnt normal behavior and they will replace the motherboard. but i saw many reviews they have the same issue. and my concern that even after the motherboard replacement , the issue will remain as it maybe a deffect at the laptop itself.

also to make sure is there a specific test or bench mark i can do and share the results ??

here is my current temp ( only writing this post in google chrome no any other tabs are open. not doing anything else )

UPDATE 1:

the very strange thing that sometimes , i am doing exactlythe same things. even sometime more... and the performance is extremly good

i created a resotre point at this performance checkpoint. in order to restore to it once i have that wiered overheat performance.

Have you tried ThrottleStop?

yes i reduced the cpu & cache 70 and still no effect. the temp was the same. the only fix was disabling the turbo. and keep the cpu at 2GHz, but that was giving some lags and blue screens.

That's drastic a little, you should try settings like in the thread.

So for i7 10750H go for High Performance : CORE 0,1 40/40, CORE 2/3 39/39, CORE 4/5 38/38, CORE 6/7 37/37.
You want to set PL1/PL2 to 40/50.
If you still have blue screens, try -60Mv for each (core & cache) and make sure you reduce your PL1/PL2.

4Ghz should be a lot better than 2Ghz and the temps should be better, make sure to use COOLER BOOST, when gaming.

Don't forget to restart your laptop after every modification in TS.

should i use the same values for i7 11800H ?

Yes go for it, since I don't got it in my collection, the only thing I must warn you, is the 11th Gen, doesn't seem to undervolt as much as the 10th Gen.
Other than that, you might need to tweek a little, but since your CPU seems to run a little hot, best to go with the same values as the 10th Gen.

As for those settings there, they are low for gaming, since they're for older games, but should give you better performance than now,
if it still runs hot, a repaste might be required.

Do you have any abnormal behavior except for overheating?
If not, it is normal behavior. As long as the temperature is lower than the original standard (100 Celsius degrees) regulated by Intel, it could be within the specification. The better the performance of a laptop, the faster it tends to heat up, and this is a common result with laptops from other brands as well.
Besides, Your laptop supports Turbo Boost. When the CPU starts the Turbo Boost function, the power and temperature will rise quickly. This is normal.
If you want to reduce the temperature, there are two different methods.
1. Try to increase the fan speed. Ex. Enable Cooler boost or adjust advanced fans setting, etc.
2. Reduce the laptop's performance or power. Ex. Undervolt, Switch to Super Battery mode in MSI Center, adjust Processor power management, etc.
