При подключении к юсб wifi адаптера tp-link TX20UH не загружается ОС / When connecting to USB wifi adapter tp-link TX20UH the OS does not load

Добрый день. У меня два вороса.

1. Если включен wifi адаптера tp-link TX20UH в любое юсб гнездо системник включается, все куллера крутятся, но ОС виндовс не загружается, просто черный экран. Вытаскиваю wifi адаптера tp-link TX20UH вкючаю по новой все работает. Бысрый запуск виндовс отключен. На аналогичном пк с материнкой msi wifi адаптер проверен, все отлично работает и загружается. Подскажите в чем причина.

2. При перезагрузки ПК загружается автоматически биос, хотя стоит загрузка с ssd. Скажите в чем проблема

I take out the tp-link TX20UH wifi adapter, turn it on and everything works. Windows fast startup is disabled. does the keyboard LED indicator respond when the boot process is stuck?
could you go into Registry Editor\Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Usb4DeviceRouter\Start, set it as 4, and see if it will disable the router during the bootup?

Start = 4 (Disabled) - Don’t start the driver on boot
Start = 3 (Enabled) - Start the driver on boot
