Вентилятор 2 не включается после выхода из спящего режима, FPS падает до 30, ноутбук горячий. Обновил BIOS, отключил быструю загрузку Windows, не помогло. Проблема решается только перезагрузкой. Как решить?

Fan 2 doesn't turn on after waking from sleep mode, FPS drops to 30, and the laptop is hot. I updated the BIOS and disabled fast boot for Windows, but that didn't help. Only a reboot resolves the issue. How can I fix it?
 
Have you tried clean installing MSI Center and EC reset? MSI Center is the software controlling the fan speed, and EC reset is to make sure the hardware works properly.
Use the clean installation tool to uninstall MSI Center and install the latest version from Microsoft store.
EC reset: unplug the AC adapter and shutdown the laptop > long press the power button for over 25 seconds > plug in the AC adapter and power it on
Check if the problem persists after that.
