I'm currently having a lot of trouble on my laptop with a camera detection problem, here's the MSI computer model: Raider GE78 HX 13VH
I've recently reset my PC to factory settings due to a previous problem, so everything's working fine except for the camera, which is acting up.
The computer's camera works correctly when using Windows Hello (facial recognition when starting up the computer in Windows) or in the “Camera” application still in Windows, but the camera is not detected by third-party applications such as Discord, Snapchat and all the other applications I install on the computer.

Does anyone know of this problem and do you have a solution to solve it, I'd be delighted!

Check the security settings of the camera, in Windows settings - Bluetooth & devices - cameras - camera privacy settings.
Choose to let the third party applications access your camera.

Take a look again at your screenshot.
Except the "Camera" application (used by Windows Hello as well) your camera is disabled for anything else.
