Really great card!
Here's my review:

Pros:
Powerful.
Extremely quiet and cool. Temps stay at 70 and under. My processor fan is louder than the 1070 TI so I can't hear it at all.
It looks good and I really like the exposed heat pipes on the side of it.
Packaged well and cool box details. It comes with some stickers.
The black/silver look matches with everything, I'm not a fan of red so this was perfect for me.
I like how the power connectors are on the very end edge of the card, I think most are like this now but my old 970 of a different brand was more towards the middle and made cable management a little ugly. (just ignore my lame PSU cables in the pics...)

Cons:
The Mystic Light program which you use to control the lights is a bit confusing, also there are 2 versions of Mystic Light that are named the same on your desktop. (thankfully the icons are different. One is version 1, and the other version 2) I have a Pro series motherboard so I need to use version 1 for that and version 2 for this card. Not a huge deal but it could be simpler. The Gaming App also doesn't work with it yet but Afterburner works great if you want to OC it.

Other Thoughts:
RGB Effects: the logo is RGB, it can be turned off, on, breathing, flashing, and music.
The light by the fans are white only and are very dim but have the same effects.
If you register it for their rewards program it only gives you 25 points (regular GPU's) instead of 50 (Gaming). But I contacted them and they fixed it for me since this is a Gaming series card. Their responses were quick also so that was nice.

I thought it would have some card sag since it's big and heavy but it's straight.
The comic style booklet that are the installation instructions is pretty cool and unique.

TL;DR: Great graphics card! Everything about it. Just a few small software annoyances.

At 1440 I'm getting about 100fps in Battlefront 2 and around 80 in PUBG with a 7700k.  Tomshardware.com did a great review on it with a lot more benchmarking info: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/nvidia-geforce-gtx-1070-ti-8gb,5311-3.html
