1080 Gaming X Stress Test Issues

Hello Everyone,

I've done a stress test on my GPU and CPU by using OCCT. I was playing warzone, streaming and also being in a video call just to make sure that the PC is being used at 100%. After 10 minutes of testing, my pc started to freeze and that includes the sound. I noticed that the GPU core load drops to 0 and the power of GPU to below 50W. I've also had an issue where if I removed the HDMI cable from my monitor (Samsung) and plug it back in, it wouldn't bring back display unless I restart the PC. This issue stopped but I'm not sure if it will be a reoccurring issue. I also wasn't able to bring on the menu from the monitor and my mouse would disappear from the screen and I would have to restart. The only thing that is now happening is the freezing while doing a stress test. I started an RMA for my graphics card but I was also told that I could be the PSU. Also, OCCT showed no errors detected. I've clean uninstalled my gfx drivers and reinstalled them too. I made sure all of my PC parts are plugged in correctly and that the power option is set to "high performance" and not "balanced."

Here are my specs:
  • Motherboard: MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus
  • Video Card: MSI Geforce GTX Gaming X 1080 8GB
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x 3.8GHz
  • Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB DDR4 3600
  • SSD: PNY 240GB, Samsung 860 EVO 500GB
  • HDDs: 1TB & 500GB
  • PSU: EVGA 750W
  • Samsung LC24RG50FQNXZA 24" 144Hz Curved Gaming Monitor
  • ASUS ROG SWIFT PG279Q 27" 2560x1440 IPS 165Hz 4ms G-SYNC

Could be anything at this point.
What are the event error logs in windows events? [any bsods, or other errors logged?]

if you suspect the GPU:
try reduce the GPU core and memory clocks to reference speeds and retest again
test the GPU in another PC if possible,
try a different GPU drivers.

and yes, also could be the PSU malfunction

do you have any OC applied on your computer?
If you do stress test CPU and memory [without GPU],
do you have any instability issues?

I've attached the error logs on this reply, at 10:50am 22/10/2020 it was after I did the stress test and I used DDU to uninstall the GPU drivers and install an older version. No BSOD and no errors on the stress test. As I'm writing this, the pc is freezing every few seconds. My second monitor (Samsung) went off then on a few times and one point it dimmed then back on.
Only thing I have is XMP being on. I don't have another pc to test the GPU unfortunately. How can I stress test CPU and memory alone? Is there a software I can use?
