So i just installed my brand new MSI 3090 Suprim X in my computer and the memory reaches a temperature of above 100 Degrees celsius and peaks at 112 Degrees.
This seams very high to me. All the fans are on 100% constantly while gaming.
Should i worry about this temperature or is this normal for these cards?

The GPU temperature is constant att about 67 degrees and a few peaks to 88 for short moments.

Ooh yea plot twist, this is a replacment card for a card that died after 5 months of use.

Hi

Mid 90s are expected for these cards. However over 100C is quite worrying as threshold is 108C or so..
I'd suggest you get some additional airflow.
The backplates/thermal pads on those cards aren't the best either. I've water-cooled my 3080 suprim and having 3rd party backplate dropped temps quite significantly. TLDR 30C difference between MSI backplate and EKWB backplate.
