120hz issues with monitor

Can anyone assist as to why all of a sudden my Msi monitor seems to have the issue below at certain times of playing a game at 120hz. When I move it to 60hz there is no issue but I bought this monitor to support 120hz and have had no issues until the last few weeks. Any help greatly appreciated as it’s making the game unplayable. I’m on ps5 trying to play warzone. It’s like an area a couple of inches long and across the whole screen starts flickering.

1.Please provide model name for this MSI monitor.
2.Please modify FreeSync or AdaptiveSync to OFF on OSD menu on MSI monitor.
3.Please modify HDR OFF on PS5.

Thanks for the reply it is an optix g271 monitor.
I have hdr off but struggling to find the free sync info you’ve suggested. Also factory reset the monitor but no joy and it’s only a year old, could it be an issue with ps5?

Please refer manual on chapter 2 and modify some setting value as below for checking.
Game Mode: User
Night Vision: OFF
Response Time: Normal
Anti Motion Blur: OFF
FreeSync: OFF
Pro Mode: User
Eye Saver: OFF
HDCR: OFF

I have the same problem. the msi service request was rejected

this is a problem with the matrix, and the company does not want to do anything.
