Sadly, a board with a B-series chipset tends to have limitations for undervolting, almost as much as it has them for overclocking. Of course, overclocking nowadays isn't really that recommended anymore, the CPUs are too extreme as it is, but undervolting makes a lot of sense. It's just that these boards tend to lose CPU performance once you try to undervolt beyond a certain point. See this post where I mention this (and continuing here), and the guide there contains what is usually the best undervolting method. You will have to check until which point you are able to undervolt before the performance starts to suffer dramatically.
