2.4G keyboard and Mouse combo(Included in PRO DP 180 Seriez)

Hi,

Good to all of you,i have triend all the possible ways so that my mouse and keyboard would work but no luck,thats why i am here seeking for help.

My mouse and keyboard mysteriously didnt work all of a sudden. i tried uninstalling it ,reinstall it. change the batteries but the same thing, my PC recognize the device but when you press any keys with the mouse and keyboard its not functioning. I tried every features also in the MSI center but no luck. does this thing have a firmware or the gaming keyboard only have the firmware? can you please enligthen me. any help will do

Yes i have tried it in my laptop, the laptop recognize it but its still unusable.

Model is RF1430-AE +MA004
RF1430-AE(Keyboard)
MA004(Mouse)

attached photo of it as well.

Hopefully you can give some solution.

May need to be paired again umm should be in the manual
Or the wireless dongle USB device do-hickey thing is broken

turn off the Mouse wait 10 seconds turn it back on and then hold down the DPI switch for several seconds and it may start to pair but it be a best guess

As for the Keyboard turn it off and back on and hold down the Dragon key for several seconds and see if that works

Ive re-paired it already but still the same. how to verify if the dongles have the problem? if i switch it to another usb prot i can hear the sound that it is installing. and i can verify it is going thru by device manager and bluetooth device,it is visible there.

Try reducing the distance between the mouse and dongle

I mostly use Logitec and have so far over the years replaced 4 faulty USB dongles that were not working correctly.

is the sensor at the mouse bottom lighting up, and is the caps lock indicator LED reactive when you press caps lock?

Not sure if there is a universal 2.4ghz Dongle for mouse and KB

I tried to contact MSI here locally, they said the mouse and KB are not included in the warranty im quite disappointed with it but still i will go. or better yet i just gonna buy some cheap wired RGB KB and Mouse. what do you think?

Kind of sucks one think it would at least have 12 month's warranty

But yes may be no other choice but to get a new Mouse and Keyboard

Also I suggest you tell them to have a second look at warrant info

Thanks man, appreciate it. actually in here it is 2 years warranty .i have received a msg that i come now so that they can check it but i got no time today for it because of work . Hopefully they can fix it. but i still wanna buy a wired one for lesser issue.
