Hi friends,

I just bought the keyboard model GK40 from local retail shop but after connecting it with my PC, some keys like x,2 and right shift not working.

any help if the keyboard is faulty or do i need to update the drivers. I have connected it with another computer and tried different USBs 2.0 and 3.0 but its the same.

I am running windows 10 with latest updates.

Thanks

The same happened to mine. My F10 and P are not working. Miraculously now that I am tying this it works sometimes then it does not work again any more. What can we do about this?

I got my GK40 working back to normal. I just set the Language of my computer into English (United States). Restarted the PC and the keyboard is now working just fine. I hope this will work for you as well.

The only issue I've run into with the GK40 VIGOR was problems with how the "\" and "ENTER" keys were done.

It causes me heartache because it's a non-standard way of making the keys, which means I have to adjust how I type.

Either way, it's a decent keyboard. I won't talk about the mouse.....there's better options out there. But it's a decent mouse for what it is.
