2060 Super Problems and MSI won't repair after sending in twice

So I have a 2060 Super Ventus GP OC that started acting up. I suspect probably bad vram but not really sure what the issue is. It doesn't overheat or artifact, but will intermittently lock up or crash while gaming. I wish it had failed completely. The trouble is you can use it as an office pc or watch videos on it all day long with no problem. It will sometimes even play a game for 30 minutes before crashing. The easiest and most reliable way to tell there is an issue, it will fail OCCT's 3d test immediately and the vram test within a few minutes.

I have two PC's available to test in, and the issues are identical in both. System 1: 650w psu ryzen 3700x 32gb ddr4, system 2 600w psu i5-8400 16gb ddr4.

When I sent it in for RMA the first time, I included all of this info. I got the card back but the remarks on the return slip only said "repaired". When I contacted MSI, they wouldn't tell me specifically what was "repaired" but the card exhibited the exact same symptoms as before. I opened a 2nd RMA, and MSI paid to have it shipped back to them. The rep I spoke with said they would put a note on the case to just replace the card. I just got the same f***ing card with the same f***iing problem back today. This has been going on for two months!

At my wit's end here with how to get service. Anyone know if a rep actually reads this board? I've been using my old 1660 basically since the end of last year.

I am having almost the exact issue with my MSI 2060. I sent it in and I got a returned unit (not the same one I sent in). It worked for about 3 months and started doing the exact same thing. At first it would stop displaying anything but after a few attempts it would work until it either went to a lock screen, sleep, or was turned off. After a few days it just stopped altogether. I have tried it in 3 other systems, one with a 1660, one with a 1070 ti, and the third with a 3060 ti. It did not work in any of them. I installed the GPU's from the other systems and everything worked as it should. I moved the 3060 ti GPU to the computer I had the 2060 in and have been using it for weeks with not a single glitch... I have been emailing MSI for 2 weeks but no response.

Not a lot we can do from the Forums
Have you tried submitting another Ticket about the problem the original RMA or Ticket will have been closed so will need a new one

I would just contact MSI directly and provide that information to them. Along with the OCCT info.
See : >>How to contact MSI.<<
That's what I did , all 3 times. It took a phone call to get a rep to actually honor what they said, the chat support reps did not put any notes on the case from anything they were told. I got a working card back after 3 RMA's. If you have a card that isn't completely dead, I would recommend contacting them by phone, as the chat reps apparently do not pass on any notes or info they are given.
