2070 aero keep getting code43 or Error 43

hi guys i need help i plug my gpu into 3 different pc build and i always keep the same error everywhere

Every time i stumbled into code 43 i always found out was a hardware problem, beside once where i fixed it with BIOS(motherboard) update.

are those hardware problem can be fix if i bring the card to someone you think or im screw and probably need to buy a new one. cause ive already try with 3 different mother board i doubt it could be that. one of them was updated right before testing it.

Did u buy the gpu recently?u might try to rma it.
Anyways what happens when u get the event 43? does the gpu stop working, do u get bsod, blackscreen? try explaining a bit in depth what's the process right after the error shows up.
Also did u try updating the VBIOS?

If the card won't work in three different systems it is bad and needs to be returned.
