3060ti MSI warranty situation

So the fact is like this. I have two 3060ti MSI - both of them died in a period of 1 month. Now because i dont have my recipes I dont know if i can repair them. I am located in Romania - Europe. I dont know what to do.. does anyone knows in Europe a service center for them or something like this?

Contact the store you got them from. If you paid by card, look up your bank statement and I am sure they will be able to find the transaction based on the date and time.

I also need your help if possible. In 2022 I purchased a 3060ti video card from Emag Romania but from a seller in Poland. A few months ago (about 2 months) I noticed that it started making some "squares" on the monitor screen. I've been looking for an authorized MSI service here, but I can't find it. I talked to the seller to send the card to them, but the courier companies do not accept payment to the company that sold me the video card, being in another country. The rates are quite high to send it to Poland.
My question is....can you help me with a service here in Romania so that I can solve the problem for how long the card is under warranty or can nothing be done or do I stay with the defective video card? sorry if I made some mistakes in writing in English.

There is no service in Romania. It's in Poland.
I see Emag Romania is like ebay, a marketplace. If the seller was from Poland then unfortunately you will have to ship the card to the seller. There's nothing we can do about this. Contact the seller.
