None of the DPs are working with any of monitors from my 3060 Ti.

I've tried
  • different DP cables
  • the oldest NVIDIA display drivers I could find
but none of them work.

I've tried uninstalling the 3060 ti from device manager (DP works in this case because 3060 Ti is not being used)

Is this a common issue with others who have this card? Or does this sound like it is a defective card?

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5600x
GPU: 3060Ti Ventus 2x OC
Mobo: MAG B550M MORTAR WIFI
Ram: Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz DDR4 2x8

What monitors are you trying to connect?

And DP works with it when you remove the driver via uninstalling the device?

Yep, when I've uninstalled the driver, it uses the Windows 10 default display driver and that's when the monitor works with a DP cable

Hm, looks like a driver issue then. If you uninstall previously installed amd or nvidia drivers in safemode using >>DDU<< and installing >>latest driver<< a reboot does it work?

I installed the newest drivers when I installed my graphics card since it was a new build, but it didn't work from the get go.

I've also tried using DDU to uninstall in safe mode, then installing an older driver, but that didn't work either (and also only showed a black screen on safe mode lol)

I don't think this is an issue with the drivers :\

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.

I had to travel to see my other family, and won’t be able to try your recommendations quite yet as the GPU is left is with the first set of wife and kids.

I’ll let you know what happens as soon as I can get back, but do you have any other steps in mind I should take if uninstalling and then reinstalling the latest driver doesn’t work?

Thanks again for all the help so far, you’ve been extremely helpful and kind.

Do you have GSync options in NVidia Control Panel?
If you have and they are enabled then turn them off.

Here's an image of my NVidia Control Panel.

No GSync option, but I've enabled FreeSync on my monitor's OSD and it's recognizing that there are connections coming out of the display ports.

Might this be a problem with the monitor? I don't have another monitor with a DP to test with.
