3060ti Ventus x2 OC1 Thermal Pads

I bought a used 3060 ti ventus and noticed it had thermals reaching 80-90c when underload. Opened it up to change the thermal paste on the gpu die when I noticed the thermal pads on the memory have this black residue on them. Tried to wipe them off but no luck. So does anybody know what thickness I will need? Thanks in advance. I tried to measure them but I don't even think the pads were even making contact to the heatsink to begin with.

And so was the Temps you were getting Most GPU operate between 80c and 90c now to reduce fan noise as people not like fan noise as youtube has told them if you can hear the fan you have a bad gpu with a bad cooling solution so you now get nice and quiet and nice and hot.
