3070 2x, MSI Afterburner and BSOD

Good afternoon. I can't find a solution on the Internet, so I'll write it here. I get blue screens when the system starts.
System: Ryzen 7 3700x
MSI B550 Gaming Plus
MSI 3070 Ventus 2x LHR
2x8 Kingston Fury 3200 MHz
Deepcool 750W

The problems started after installing afterburner. I've been lowering the voltage, andrevolt on my card. After applying the settings, everything works stably, both in games and in programs. However, after switching off and on, the BSOD crashes. Sometimes the system just shuts down at the start and you have to run it again on your own. I opened the dumps, as a rule there is a problem with the video driver or the hibernation file. Errors change periodically. The latter relate to memory (MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (1a)). Disabling afterburner stops all these problems. I have already updated the drivers, completely reinstalled Windows and the BIOS of the motherboard. If you need any details, I can add them. What should be done in this situation?

New data. I pressed the reset button in the afterburner. I set the autorun, the minimum state, and apply Windows at startup. BIOS and crash. 0x000000a0,
NTERNAL_POWER_ERROR (a0)
The power policy manager experienced a fatal error.
Arguments:
Arg1: 000000000000010e, The disk subsystem returned corrupt data while reading from the
hibernation file.
Arg2: 000000000000000a
Arg3: 0000000000001a19, Incorrect checksum
Arg4: 00000000000011dc, Previous disk read's checksum
Could the authorburner not be compatible with my system?

Don't straight-up undervolt the GPU, just modify the voltage-per-frequency curve for the highest load state (which is gaming) using the Curve Editor. See here for example. I'm sure there's also a bunch of videos on how to do this with a 3070 specifically.

Thanks for the video, I watched it again. It confuses me that they omit the curve at the beginning. This leads to over-voltage for me, stability drops a little, but not critically. My question is something else.

My addendum dated February 10th says that a regular autobanner, without any changes, causes it to crash at the start. That is, using the parameters in the screenshot below, I get the same result. The driver or the hibernation file will crash in a couple of days.

It probably consists of three parameters, namely, run Windows at startup, run in a minimal state, and apply settings at system startup. My assumption also concerns the compatibility issues of the driver and the author. I'm not sure about this, but they probably come into conflict at startup and the system crashes. If you restart the system immediately, it boots normally and without any problems.

An interesting guide about updating the video card firmware. But my version was released in 21, so it's unlikely that it will help.
