3d turbo experience moniter isnt working

I have a MSI GeForceTI4400 128mb and when i go into 3d turbo experience to see my temp and fan speed and stuff like that, it is grayed out and i cant do anything but change the size of my screen, core speed, memory speed, and multiple desktop. but the information screen in bottom right is working as well, but core screen, fan and temp screen are grayed out. I have tried to reinstall many times but im wondering if its drivers or bios or what, i have the new 40.41 drivers i belive for my card, so i dont know what else to do. Please help ?( ?(

The MX card's are the only ones supporting these features. No MSI GF4-TIxxxx card supports it....kinda weird considering that we give MUCH more for these cards then those MX 8o

;( awww man, i would think that the TIxxxx would be doing the most over clocking and things and you would need to use it. Ohh well. Another thing is my AGP appature size. since i have 128 mb of vid memory and 256 soon to be 512 of system memory, should i set it to 128, 64, 32 or what. I'm still confused on what this does...

The formula says approx ½ the RAM installed, hence you should set it to 256 Mb, but since the graphics card doesn't use this feature alot(because of the 128MB ram) i've set mine to 128Mb

thanks, I noticed that you have 305/660 next to your graphics card, is that your core clock and memory clock speeds, and if that's so do you have any special cooling to accomplish that, im always scared to over clock not to explode a 200 dollar graphics card or processer heh. know of any good sites that will help me with some information on over clocking msi cards and that such. Thanks again for your help Denis :))

Yes it's my "safe" core clock/ram speed....
I've run it at 310/680 with a fan blowing cold air on it and an open case. You can "safelly" run it @ 300/650. Of course you'r warranty doesn't apply anymore...
200 dollars? It's i in USA right? Mine costs roughly 340 US dollars in Denmark....

Yeah, off newegg.com its 185 us dollars, but they dont ship internationally. If i start oc'ing and it is too high, will i notice that it is too high by the video messing up and i will have to immediatly lower it again, or if it is too high will it just fry. Lol im such a baby :baby:

If the card can barelly take the overcloking, i.e. about 305/670 w. out any extra cooling, the graphics will look all messed up etc. other times it might just freeze, it will not harm you'r card, just restart the computer. That's how my card behaved.
