4070ti super msi vbios problem

Hello, I'm new and I don't know where to post this correctly,
I just purchased the product, I see that it has a problem with the bios Its performance is almost equal to a normal 4070, , unfortunately I started investigating after having purchased the video card, do you know if there will be a solution oh can a return guarantee be applied?

What a friend, thanks for the response, I really appreciate it. I followed the steps and unfortunately it didn't solve anything :(, I don't know if this is for everyone, oh only on certain cards of the same brand? I'm just asking why I will have to make a refund and maybe they want to give me another one of the same and maybe you see that come on well,

As you noticed there are severel models of 4070Ti Super what one do you have

OK so if the Vbios made no difference at all it could be Faulty is just odd that it is working in line with a stock 4070. and not worse
Try RMA and see what happens

Hi, sorry for offtopic there. I saw your post on the front page about BIOS update for RTX 4070 Ti Super (I have Ventus 3X OC) and thought if I should update my BIOS too.
It looks like I have even 'more' latest BIOS: 95.03.45.80.84 [UEFI] (checked it through HWiNFO).
Now I wonder if I should update to 95.03.45.40.EF ??
