4070ti super Venus 3X OC vbios won't update with .exe

Hi,
Bios that shipped with card 95.02.6C.00.3E Running NV513MH401.exe results in a black screen for a few seconds and no change to existing vbios. As the downloadable MSI tool is not working, how can I update VBIOS?

You have some different model than listed, because of this that one won't flash.

Check in GPU-Z at [Advanced] => [NVIDIA BIOS]

I understand that the previous BIOS update was intended to address performance issues. Is the “Black” version exempt from the update since it’s a newer model/uses the ADA102 die instead of the ADA103?

Hi, same problem here.
Using: NV513MH401.exe
Utility app opens for few seconds, then screen goes black and update utility windows is gone without any errors.

That's not a problem. You are trying to flash the wrong vBIOS.
This vBIOS is not for your GPU, as you have [4070 Ti VENTUS 3X 12G OC] not [4070 Ti SUPER 16G VENTUS 3X OC]
