that is a Software Reading Issue.

Download CPU-Z as both of them are Miss Reads and see what it reports.

with me both them show really Weird Values and see what it reports in its GPU Tab on your RTX 4080?
cpuz, gpuz.afterburner and nvida performance sharing all show the same values

the 2700Mhz is the GPU Core Speed!

your GPU Memory is Reading 11502MHz!

for the Core Clocks of the GPU its:

Extreme Performance: 2655 MHz (MSI Center)
Boost: 2640 MHz (GAMING & SILENT Mode)

your 45Mhz over the upper of the Extreme Profile so its seeming very Normal so far!

My friends, I know exactly what I'm talking about. If you go to YouTube and look at the reviews of the 4080 super suprim x or any model 4080 card, you will see a performance above 2700mhz. Dynamic boost causes the factory standard memory to work much higher than its speed, but that's not the case with me.

I hope I could explain myself

1: Reviewers tend to get Cherry picked cards all the Time unless they ask to get a normal one.
2: also with the 2nd one they had Increased the Power Limit in Afterburner to make it boost more.

have you changed the Mode the card is working In eg put it in Extreme Performance mode?

Why are you talking about memory in the topic title if you're asking about the GPU speed?
If you want to talk about your GPU speed, see the official specs:

Dude, please go to YouTube and see at which MHz the 4080 super suprim x works.

Bro I wrote the title wrong, I didn't even realize it, I corrected it. Show me a 4080 super suprim x that works at the factory specs you showed me and I'll give you my card as a gift. Thanks to nvidia's dynamic boost feature, it should work much higher than its standard frequencies, that's what I'm talking about. You can look at many YouTube reviews.

At 2700 you already run the GPU out of specs.
If you're going to damage the card, bye-bye warranty.
They might read this topic.

EVERY Last NVIDIA GPU will Clock Differently and also your already 45MHz Boosted over the Specs so Hmmm.

Manufacturers List the Spec it has to hit to be classed as ok and yours is Fine. like I said Reviewers on Youtube get Cherry Picked Samples and everyone knows that and also you can tell both of them are not running the out of box settings there OverVolting and OverClocking the GPU too as both have pushed up the GPU Fan Speeds.

There is no overclocking on the card. I don't know how to do it anyway. I suggest you research the accuracy of your hardware and software information when sharing it on a forum like this. You can do a quick search on YouTube and see what speeds it runs at.

Dude, there is no overclocking on this card, why is that so hard for you to understand? I'm writing here because this is an msi forum. I hope there are more knowledgeable people out there, but from what I've seen, I'm wrong. Go to Youtube and look at the clock speeds of the 4080 super suprim x. NOT EVERYONE SHOULD OVERCLOCK, IS THAT TRUE?

I Said the Reviewers are!!!!

they have Dragged that power Limit Slider all the Way to the Right
they have also set a Manual Fan Speed as there running at 1600RPM and you are only running 1000RPM

actually pay attention to the Differences between what they have to what you have there is alot of Differences. they move them to try get the best Results so the Numbers look more Impressive.
Reviewers have done that for like 10+ Years now and is a well known thing that they are not running at stock Settings as then there more likely to get more Views and get a company to send them more Products to Review for FREE. its not Rocket Science.

if your not listening to any reason here then I will BAN YOU and you will not listen to anything that is not exactly what you want to hear and are becoming Combative and have been doing that since your first reply and I'm starting to get annoyed at how your Acting so keep it up and see what Happens.

So, what do you say to these types of reviews? You are wrong and if you are going to ban me for saying this, go ahead and ban me.

your Comparing RTX 4080 AD103-300-A1 to RTX 4080 Super AD103-400-A1 they are not the same GPU they are Related but not the same.

AD103-300-A1 = 9728 Cuda Cores
AD103-400-A1 = 10240 Cuda Cores

they are 2 completely Different GPU's that behave Differently 2/3 of the Reviews where for the 9728 Cuda Core GPU type not yours only the first one was so you have a sample Size of 1 here.

also your already above the speed you paid for and any boost is dependent on many Factors:

1: are you using a Direct PCI-E 5.0 power Cable from your PSU?
2: is it hitting a Boost Limit for the GPU itself? (Note it jumps in 15Mhz Increments and is called a Boost Step)
3: is it Power limiting?
4: is it Current Limiting?
5: Is it load limiting?
6: is your GPU Quality not as high?
7: is your CPU not Feeding it fast enougth so its Limiting?
8: is your RAM Limiting it by not being able to move the data to it Fast Enough?

its not a this reviewer is getting higher numbers then me so something is wrong, its why is it not boosting as high and is it over what is Advertised if so its working as it should and something may be the GPU quality is not the same as the Reviewer Has as they go between only just can hit it to can go way past it (Its called the Silicon Lottery) and they range from only just good enougth to Unicorns and Reviewers who receive them tend to get from the Company ones that are either Middle of the Pack to High end and will avoid sending them any of the only just pass's ones to get them to be more Positive about the Product. you may just have a GPU that will not boost beyond that as its a lower end one of the Quality which is why they have the Extreme Performance: 2655 MHz (MSI Center) and Boost: 2640 MHz (GAMING & SILENT Mode) numbers as that is it has to hit them to be in Spec and above that its good and its only below they class it as Defective lower boost over advertised is not Guaranteed!

My friend, I can give you many examples. It's not just one example, you can be sure of that. But you don't accept it. Here, take a look at all of them.

I can add 10 more videos if you want. I think we should talk about what we can do to find a solution. All these guys overclocked their cards and they are fooling us?

AGAIN they are ones sent to REVIEWERS HENCE CHERRY PICKED SAMPLES meaning better Quality ASICS. Yours is above the Advertised Specs so its NORMAL 2700MHz when 2655MHz so your 3 boost steps above Advertised (15MHz x 3).

your like talking to a Brick Wall all you want is confirmation of your own pre-conceived ideas that it should boost way Higher without knowing anything really as what Reviewers get is what is sent out to get a more Positive Image.

I have Tried to Explain what is happening here and you refuse to Listen to anything so do whatever you Like as you seem unwilling to actually learn anything and just want to get your own EGO stroked so this Topic is over!

go into after burner and shove the Power Limit Slider all the way to the Side and BUMP UP THE Frequency if not there is nothing else you can do but that is at your own Risk!

Learn how to Overclock normal boost on mine is about 2700 it is above speck but not by much
This is limited by the V-Bios to get more you must Overclock

But if I OC it will boost over 2900 before it gets glitchy I can run it at just over 3000 but some games will crash if I do that
