4090 Suprim liquid - "repaired" but problem got ALLOT worse

Hello,

I would like to know if anybody had experience with this / has advice. I'm feeling kinda stuck in this situation.

So i have a 4090 Suprim liquid that is bought in the Netherlands. The GPU is making extreme noise, i think it is the pump or extreme coil whine.
Since it is bought in the Netherlands, MSI does not allow me to contact them directly. The shop or their supplier has to contat MSI.

And so they did, around begin May 2024. Last week they have send me the card back. (after more then 3 months..)
The supplier / MSI literally stated that the problem was fixed.

I installed it in a different machine which has been tested with a 3080. (BeQuiet 1200W Platinum, 7800X3D, MSI B650 Tomahawk, 32GB Corsair 5600 Mhz, 4TB 990 Pro, NZXT H9 Flow.)
The MSI 4090 radiator is installed on top, with the original MSI fans as exhaust.

The card is still functioning but it is making even MORE noise after this "repair".

I contacted the shop by phone and he said that the only thing he can do is contact the supplier again.. So i responded quite agitated and he hung up..
Next step is to contact a lawyer? I always had good experiences with MSI products, this "game" is new for me.

Depending on where you live you could just bang on the front door

Thanks, i have e-mailed them via myservice@msi.com. Waiting for response. I think they won't even let me in there :/
You guys ever heared similiar stories? How did that end up?

update:
MSI has been answering all my questions very fast via e-mail. The card is defect since 4 May 2024 and is now being returned. But the seller is so childish that he does not want to tell where the card is.
I just hope the card will b fixed when I receive it.
