4090ti suprim black screen

I explain the situation
I had the rtx 3090ti mounted and it was working fine
then i replaced and put the rtx 4090 ti msi supreme
the pc was working, when it gave me the windwos 24h updates, i ran them and that's when the problems started because the pc would always reboot with black screen..
yesterday i decided to format the pc and reinstall windows, but as soon as i install nvdia drivers the pc reboots many times with black screen

my pc isryzen threadripper pro 5965WX - mother board wrx80-0105256 gb of ram

What PSU you use?
Can you test the GPU in another PC?

Is this a brand new GPU or used one?
