5080 Suprim liquid soc - Do a 2nd hand from private buyer have warranty in Germany?

Was working fine for a day(games/benchmarks and now it shows a black Screen as soon as the Nvidia driver loads. Card is in best condition, warranty sticker is untouched and the original invoice is present.

I bought the card in Germany from another private Person. I got the original invoice. Can I claim warranty?

You can try, but generally warranties need to be claimed through the original purchaser or at the store where it was purchased, which may honour the warranty if you have the originals paper work

In Europe you must claim warranty through the store.
But also see if it'll work in another PC.
