5090 Artifacting

Hello, I have a really weird Problem with my PC.

Specs:

GPU: 5090 Gaming X Trio MSi

CPU: 9800x3d

RAM:6000Mhz Cl 30 64gb Ram Gskill

PSU: Rog Thor 1600W

SSD: Samsung 980 Pro

Whenever i play Deadlock for a few hours and sometimes after tabing out something weird happens. The whole game starts artifacting. Every graphic things starts to artifact like youtube for example. After closing the game and starting something else its there too. closed everything and reset drivers. Still there. This is not very reproducable. Happend yesterday and today

What i tried to fix: DDU Clean install drivers but it happend today again. Idk what that it is but its so annoying. Is my Gpu dying? Tried a Windows reinstall.

As iam only playing deadlock right now yea. But something like this didnt happen in others games yet. But when it happens and i manage to close the game and open something else like kovaaks its happening there too.

What mainboard you have? BIOS version?
GPU vBIOS?

Run a different GPU stress tests to see if the same issue can be seen elsewhere.

When it happens again, check in Windows Event logs, System for logged errors.
