5090 Suprim CHK code location

I have recently installed my RTX 5090 Suprim and now would like to redeem the Doom: The Dark Ages game bundle. However, I am unsure of the exact location of the CHK code on the graphics card or its packaging.
Could you please provide me with precise information on where to find the code, so I don’t have to remove the GPU from my system?
