is this what you would normally expect from it? It was during a cutscene of people sat around a desk. I have it undervolted/underclocked to 1850/920 already. The fan curve is set to max at 40% but it just flies up to 3000rpm anyway.

Is there an easy way to record a brief section of gameplay/with the temps on screen? I'd like better evidence of it before I raise any ticket with the manufactuer or retailer.

Software is built in to the AMD software look for Metrics in the performance tab. I also think it will record for you as well not tried it so not sure how it works.

You can do simple with GPU-Z to log the temp.
Or to check the max(highest) GPU temp after the gameplay.
